Eligibility to Participate

To use mcw5's services, users must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. If these requirements are not met, using the platform is strictly prohibited.

• Legal Capacity: Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome in the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited.

• If a connection is lost during a game, the game result is automatically recorded and can be viewed upon reconnecting.

Account Closure

9.1 Closure Initiated by the User

9.2 Closure Initiated by mcw5

mcw5 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.

• Action required for legal or regulatory reasons.

For accounts closed on fair grounds, any available legitimate balance will be returned in accordance with the rules. However, bonus-related balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms and Conditions violations.
